RegOp — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the public webpages located at regop.io and any related pages that link to these Terms (the "Site"). The Site is operated by RegOp ("RegOp," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, do not use the Site.

What these Terms cover (and don't):

These Terms apply only to informational pages of the RegOp landing website. They do not govern any product agreements, audit engagements, paid services, or platform functionality. If you later engage RegOp for services, those will be covered by a separate written agreement.

1) Informational Nature; No Advice

1.1 General information only. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes.

1.2 No legal, compliance, or investment advice. Nothing on the Site is legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation. You should obtain professional advice before acting on any information.

1.3 No client relationship. Your use of the Site does not create any attorney-client, advisor-client, or other professional relationship with RegOp.

2) Eligibility & Acceptable Use

2.1 Who may use the Site. You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.2 Prohibited behavior. You agree not to:

  • interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers/networks connected to it;
  • attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or circumvent security/authentication measures;
  • use the Site to post or transmit malware, spam, or illegal, infringing, or harmful content;
  • copy, frame, mirror, or scrape the Site or its content except as strictly necessary for ordinary web browsing; or
  • use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

3) Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership. The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, and compilations ("Content"), are owned by RegOp or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

3.2 Limited license. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for personal or internal business use. Except for this license, no rights are granted.

3.3 Feedback. If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant RegOp a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it for any lawful purpose.

4) Third-Party Links & Resources

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

5) Disclaimers

5.1 "As is." The Site and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegOp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and accuracy.

5.2 No guarantee of availability or accuracy. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that Content will be current, complete, or accurate. Any reliance is at your own risk.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegOp and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or use; or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Site or Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) €100 and (b) the amount you paid to us for access to the Site (which is typically €0).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

7) Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update or change the Site or these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted with the "Last Updated" date above. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site (in whole or part) at our discretion. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

8) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Madrid, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You and RegOp consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts and waive any objection to inconvenient forum.

9) Miscellaneous

9.1 Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use.

9.2 Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

9.3 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign or transfer them without restriction.

9.4 No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to do so later.

9.5 Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
